Consistent Growth
I ask my class to set an intention for their practice. Why did you come to your mat? There are no breaks in pilates, I find that the most humbling part of the practice. You can take breaks when you need them, this makes you listen to what your body needs. It also forces you to give yourself grace. No matter what it never gets easier, you just get better, stronger, & love yourself in the moments of fire.
